Halloween Eyeball Punch

Halloween Eyeball Punch is a remake of the classic sherbet punch, combining tart cherry and pineapple juices with fresh apple cider, a healthy version of ginger ale and a splash of lemon.

Equipment

  • Punch Bowl
  • Light Up LED Ice Cubes
  • Halloween Plastic Eyeballs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Red Tart Cherry Juice with no added sugar. I used Trader Jo's Brand
  • 4 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 4 cups Freshly Pressed Apple Cider Make sure it is a natural version. I used Barsotti brand.
  • 4 cups Ginger Ale I used Zevia brand since it does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup and is labeled gluten free and vegan.
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 pints Raspberry Sorbet, Dairy Free I used Talenti Brand, Dairy Free Sorbetto, Roman Raspberry flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl.
  • Stir to Mix
  • Drop rounded scoops from the first pint of Raspberry Sorbet into the punch. They will float on the top and begin to melt into the punch. Add the reserved pint of sherbet to the punch through out your event as the original scoops blend with the punch.
  • Garnish with LED ice cube lights and Plastic Eyeballs.
  • Serve Cold and enjoy
